Party Tank is a great way to spend time celebrating a special occasion, however it is necessary to follow our simple rules and regulations for the safety of all our visitors and staff. We hope that you have a great time but if you have any problems, queries or questions then please do not hesitate to call us.

NOTE: TANKS OPERATE IN ALL WEATHERS - DRESS ACCORDINGLY NO REFUNDS BECAUSE YOU WORE
FLIP FLOPS AND IT RAINED!!!

Party Tank Payment Terms
ALL PAYMENTS on the day must be in cash including for extra children, activities or food - we are in a field and have no way of processing credit cards. We do not accept cheques on the day or for deposits

Party Tank Booking Terms
ALL OUR BOOKINGS ARE MADE WITH THESE TERMS IMPOSED. THEREFORE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THIS THOROUGHLY. ALL BOOKINGS WILL BE UNDERTAKEN ON THE BASIS THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH THESE CONDITIONS.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. UNRULY, OBNOXIOUS AND ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR MAY RESULT IN EXPULSION FROM THE PARTY OR CURTAILMENT OF THE EVENT.

1. Do NOT use sat nav's to locate the field we are in. Check the route with an A - Z and use the map provided and you will find your way without difficulty. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE VENUE DUE TO CHANGES IMPOSED BY THE LANDOWNERS.
2. Ensure all the adults driving in your party have a copy of the map and a copy of the check list.
3. Leave plenty of time for your journey and arrive at the allotted time. We want you to enjoy your party without any time spent waiting around.
4. REMEMBER ADULTS we are in a field and open to the elements. Please come prepared with comfortable and suitable clothing, and in party mode as this will make the whole experience enjoyable for all!
5. Unfortunately our parties are unsuitable for the under fives.
6. We cannot be responsible for any child with a nut allergy. We recommend that you bring extra food as a precaution.
7. Do NOT bring alcohol onto the site. ALL ALCOHOL WILL BE CONFISCATED. ANY ADULT DEEMED TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCES OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM THE PARTY WHICH MAY RESULT IN CURTAILMENT OF THE EVENT.
8. If the event is curtailed due to the actions of any visitor no refund will be forthcoming.

PAYMENT
70% Deposit payable on booking a party.
The balance is due, cash on the day, prior to the party commencing.
Deposits are non-refundable unless Party Tank has to cancel for any reason.
Payment is a fixed fee, non negotiable and discounts will not be given for lateness.
Unless technology lets us down we prefer not to use cheques. You may pay for extra children on the day with cash.

CANCELLATIONS
A booking can be moved once for free up to 30 days before the original booking. All subsequent rebookings of if you wish to move the party inside 30 days before the booking is subject to an administration charge of £25. If for any reason, i.e. Mechanical Failure we are unable to fulfil your entire booking we will rebook your whole party for another date for free. Party Tank reserve the right to substitute any activity for a similar activity.

CLOTHING
Both children and adults should be adequately clothed with the correct well-fitting footwear. Please avoid expensive shoes and boots for all concerned as you will be unhappy when they are ruined!! At certain times of the year the conditions are very muddy, be prepared for wet, cold and windy weather. We carry on in ALL conditions, these are, after all TANKS!!!

DROP-OFFS AND PARKING
DRIVE VERY SLOWLY IN ALL FARM AREAS. DO NOT USE MOBILE NUMBER ON THE ACCESS GATE AND REMEMBER TO SHUT THE GATE BEHIND YOU.
As you approach the area you will see cars parked to the left of farm drive or arranged in the field please stick to this and do not drive right up and try to turn round. You will be asked to reverse back as there is no turning at the top. Avoid parking on any soft ground unless you have a 4 x 4 with adequate mud tyres. You will get stuck!!!! BE WARNED.

PARTY PROCEDURE
Please note that the adults are responsible for the children in their party AT ALL TIMES. It is vitally important that the children are watched and disciplined by the attending adults. There are signs up, please make sure your children are well behaved!!

ON ARRIVAL
On arrival, please make for the check in area, gather outside in a group with an attending adult, where they will be met by a member of staff.
Then:
a. The host of the party will come to check in and a member of staff will complete the booking by checking numbers and any outstanding payments and issue any tickets needed and explain the procedure.
b. Another member of staff will greet the children, where they are waiting in a well behaved, excited and expectant manner! And give them a welcoming safety brief. (see below)
c. The party will start with all the field activities.
d. The rides.
e. Ending with food. (unless otherwise discussed)

THE SAFETY BRIEF
This is the safety brief that you will be given. We have included this to make sure that there can be no confusion. This MUST be adhered to by the adults and the children. The adults are responsible for ensuring that our rules are complied with for health and safety reasons.
 1. Treat the equipment and all facilities with respect.
 2. Children must stay with the adults at all times.
 3. Do not play in the mud. Keep it away from the eyes.
 4. Do not lean on the fencing. It is there to keep you away from danger.
 5. Do not cross the fenced areas.
 6. Do not go up any of the hills, Under any circumstances.
 7. Do not touch any equipment unless supervised by a member of staff.
 8. Do wash your hands before contact with food.
 9. Directions for washing and toilet facilities are given.
10. Listen to all members of staff.
11. Do not leave the site without an adult and avoid the parking area unless the attending adults are with you.

MAKE SURE THE ADULTS SUPERVISING ARE PREPARED, THAT MEANS PROPERLY ATTIRED AND IN THE RIGHT FRAME OF MIND. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE THE CHILDREN HAVE HAPPY AND HELPFUL ADULTS.

EXTRA GUESTS
Don't worry if you need to bring a few extra children, just bring them and pay cash on the day.

PICNICS
You are welcome to bring your own food, but please store in the car until needed and take any litter home with you. We do give priority to those buying our food. We cannot promise to give you seating but if it is available then you are welcome to picnic in the HQ.

DOGS
Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs at Party Tank, except guide dogs. This is for health and safety reasons.

These rules are for your safety, stick to them and all will be fine and you'll have a great day. We have to be strict about the rules and regs as you are in close proximity to several tons of military hardware and we do not want any accidents.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY
All events may be photographed and filmed this may be used for marketing purposes.
